You can book additional equipment on request, thus giving you the option of tailoring the facilities in the conference room to your specific requirements. Not only does this make packing easier, but it also reduces the amount of effort and stress for you.

The "Kestner and Maschsee Rooms" each offer 50 sqm of flexible space for your event. With their clean, modern lines, these rooms look out directly over the green area outside. The high ceiling and chandeliers are not only stylish, but also ensure that the room is uniformly and continuously lit and provide a bright, friendly atmosphere. The centrally positioned projector and screen that can be lowered electrically can be used with all seating options. The installed PA system, which is adapted to the room’s acoustics, can also be adapted to suit the respective seating arrangement. State-of-the-art air conditioning and ventilation technology ensures that the temperature is always comfortable.

The "Pavillon 1" (Pavilion 1) meeting room is located in the palace gardens, surrounded by mature trees, baroque flowerbeds and magnificent all-round views. The large panoramic windows allow daylight to flood into the 50 sqm room, which has a unique shape and a ceiling extending up to a height of 4 metres. This distinctive room has a unique ambience, making it THE location for hosting special receptions at the Maritim Hotel.

The 67 sqm conference room offers a range of seating options including U-shaped, classroom and block layouts. With high-speed Wi-Fi and an extensive range of technical equipment, such as projector, microphone system, facilitator’s toolkit, PA system and much more, this room has everything you need for a successful conference. We take pride in providing a productive and natural working environment. The room therefore uses natural light and has windows that can be opened as well as special sound insulation.

This attractive and stylishly furnished function room with plenty of natural light is located on the upper floor of the Maritim Hotel Bonn and can accommodate up to 40 people. The "Salon Planck" (Planck Room) provides the perfect setting for events of all kinds, including group meetings, banquets and conferences. With state-of-the-art technical equipment, including a PA system adapted to the room’s acoustics, your event is guaranteed to be a success.

The conference room provides a very pleasant ambience in an exclusive location and is equipped with state-of-the-art technology. Are you looking for a large seminar or conference room? "Seminar 4" (Seminar Room 4) is the perfect choice. The 50 sqm room offers a unique atmosphere with flexible theatre, classroom, block or U-shaped seating arrangements. It can accommodate 35 people, but should you have a few extra numbers, you have the option of combining it with "Seminar 3" (Seminar Room 3) to give you even more flexibility for your event or kick-off.

Our four conference suites are the perfect location for small gatherings, discreet contract negotiations, meetings or workshops for between 14 and 20 people. The 40 sqm conference facilities with adjoining guest WC provide ample daylight for a perfect meeting.

Are you looking for a conference room for meetings with business partners and want to make the best use of your time? "Seminar 6" (Seminar Room 6) is an ideal venue – attractively, functionally furnished, with modern presentation and communications technology and catering tailored to your specific requirements. The 49 sqm room has capacity for 22 people in a U-shaped seating arrangement. With theatre-style seating the capacity can be increased to 28 people.
