This modern conference and meeting room is fully air-conditioned, flooded with natural light and can easily be darkened if required. You can also use "Seminar 4" (Seminar Room 4), which can be combined with "Seminar 3" (Seminar Room 3) thanks to a flexible partition system. Whether you’re planning a training course, presentation or medium-sized seminar, our "Beethoven and Adenauer Rooms" are both suitable for a variety of uses. Our flexible seating arrangements allow you to adapt the rooms to your specific requirements. You’ll find state-of-the-art ceiling projectors and PA systems in both rooms. 

Directly adjoining the "Peking" (Beijing) C Room and with access to the foyer, the "Estepona Room" makes a perfect conference office. 

The 58 sqm room also has plenty of space for storing anything from the adjoining room that isn’t needed. 

Nevertheless, describing this room merely as an annex doesn’t do justice to its suitability as a small, but perfectly appointed location for meetings and gatherings.

The 57 sqm "Salon Hannover" (Hanover Room) is a versatile space. Located at basement level, this room has plenty of natural light and state-of-the-art equipment. Its contemporary, elegant design makes it ideal for small and medium-sized meetings with up to 50 people. 

The "Salon Darmstadt" (Darmstadt Room) with capacity for up to 28 people can be tailored to your specific needs and offers a range of flexible seating options for your event. The room’s features include professional sound and lighting control systems, a powerful projector, motorised screen as well as state-of-the-art phone and Internet technology. Networking between conference rooms can also be provided.

The "Salon Höllental" (Höllental Room) is the perfect setting for your meeting. This comfortable, carpeted 56 sqm function room is also up to date in terms of technology: both a projector and permanently installed screen as well as a PA system are available. We will also provide any other technical equipment such as telephone system and lectern on request. 

The 56 sqm "Salon Eifel" (Eifel Room) provides a creative space for seminars, events, conferences, workshops and team building activities. The conference room offers natural light, complimentary Wi-Fi, state-of-the-art technical equipment and air conditioning.
