Here in Frankfurt, your goal is to focus on the informative value of your presentation or, put more simply, to focus on the essential.

Our "Tagungssuite Mannheim, Schmallenberg & Timmendorf" (Mannheim, Schmallenberg & Timmendorf Conference Suites) offer quiet and undisturbed surroundings for meetings. Located on the third mezzanine and measuring around 45 sqm, they can accommodate up to 30 people. If you so wish, we can also equip our suites with the standard conference equipment you need.

The "Salon Fulda" (Fulda Room) is ideal for small meetings. Up to 12 people can discuss important topics here in a quiet and pleasant atmosphere. The high-quality furnishings and extensive technology offer a fitting backdrop for exciting discussions.

The "Salon Mannheim" (Mannheim Room) offers a modern, unpretentious design, with furnishings in harmony with the location’s décor. The function room is open and spacious. Large windows ensure lots of light and a warm and pleasant atmosphere. The technical equipment allows a wide range of possibilities for events. Individually controllable lighting as well as a separate coffee lounge with delicious hot drinks will turn every occasion into an unforgettable experience. Delicious catering and a professional team ensure an all-round successful event.

The "Salon Flensburg" (Flensburg Room) provides an environment where you are free to express yourself and can get things done. Our high-quality technical equipment, including screens and projectors, helps you to achieve excellent results. This function room is ideal for hosting training courses, conferences or presentations, or simply as a break away from routine to encourage the development of new ideas. You can arrange the seating in the "Salon Flensburg" (Flensburg Room) to suit your specific requirements.

The modern, light-flooded "Salon Würzburg" (Wuerzburg Room) offers plenty of space for privacy on 42 sqm, while the classic interior lends an elegant atmosphere to every event. The "Salon Würzburg" impresses with its high-speed internet connection and professional conference technology. Here you will find a suitable setting for meetings and seminars for up to 12 people in a comfortable, soothing and homely atmosphere. This salon is also well suited as a boardroom and group room. With fixed seating, the salon is suitable as a block for up to 12 people. Here you will find peace and quiet and the space to concentrate and work creatively. You can also use the fixed flat-screen TV with the latest conference technology for online meetings. Permanently installed power sockets are located at every seat. From this salon you have a side sea view and a view of the Trave estuary. The salon is close to the hotel lobby and the hotel bar.

Workshops, courses, talks, small exhibitions, seminars, conferences, family celebrations or dinner events - the possibilities for group events in the "Salon Nürnberg"(Nuremberg Room) are manifold. The salon is located on the ground floor, has 42 sqm, is flooded with light with a view of the sea and the Trave estuary and is close to the hotel lobby and the hotel bar. The conference equipment is not permanently installed, but we are happy to provide you with conference equipment according to your wishes. Barrier-free access to the salon is possible. 

The "Salon Hannover" (Hanover Room) is ideal for training courses, presentations, education and celebrations with small groups. Decorated in warm red and brown tones, the room can accommodate up to 30 people and can easily be tailored to your specific requirements. You also have access to our comprehensive range of technology. 

Our two meeting suites are equipped with every modern convenience. Here we offer our guests a sophisticated location for meetings in a private, stylish setting. Both suites are furnished with a spacious conference table in the 42 sqm living area and are ideal for scenarios like discreet contract negotiations, interviews or smaller meetings of 8 to 12 people.
