Fitted with carpet and functionally furnished, the 52 sqm "Salon Kiel" (Kiel Room) can accommodate up to 20 people and is ideally suited to meetings, small conferences and workshops. If the bright daylight streaming into the room is interfering with your presentation, you can simply use one of the various options available for darkening the room.

The "Elisabeth and Dorothée Rooms" are suitable for a wide variety of uses, each as individual as your event. When combined they provide 54 sqm of floor space for 50 people and are an excellent choice for medium-sized meetings and seminars. They are equally impressive when used individually, offering state-of-the-art conference equipment as well as floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the spa gardens.

The "Salon Hamburg" (Hamburg Room) provides a modern setting for creative meetings, conferences and customer and employee events. This daylight-flooded, fully air-conditioned conference room is the perfect environment for intensive and relaxed networking in an inspiring atmosphere. You can book rooms, services and catering tailored to your specific needs, or for groups of 10 or more you can avail of one of our conference packages.

"Terre Rouge" is a fully equipped conference room with projector and Wi-Fi for up to 45 people and is suitable for events of all kinds, from business meetings to company training courses. Our professional equipment includes an elegant wooden conference table, comfortable leather chairs, projector and screen.

A permanently installed beamer and screen are available. Barrier-free access is also possible.

The comfortable "Salon Fulda" (Fulda Room) can accommodate up to 40 people and is ideal for smaller events, meetings or workshops where refinement is key. The 52 sqm meeting room on an upper floor offers natural light, state-of-the-art technology with air conditioning and complimentary Wi-Fi. The adjoining Donaustube Restaurant is available for coffee breaks or standing receptions. 

Flooded with natural light thanks to its southeast-facing orientation, the "Salon Main" (Main Room) for up to 40 people is extremely flexible in use. With two separate entrance doors and flexible seating options, it is ideal for group work, talks or seminars. The ceiling shape also makes this room special from an architectural point of view.

The "Salon Oegg" (Oegg Room) is situated on the hall floor of the Maritim Hotel Würzburg and is suitable for medium-sized meetings and conferences. Measuring 52 sqm, the room can hold up to 30 people seated at tables or up to 40 people seated without tables. The function room is air-conditioned, enjoys natural light and is equipped with a permanently installed roll-up screen, portable PA system and the option of networking with other rooms, as well as with the Congress Centrum.
