All Maritim Hotels are happy to prepare meals without lactose, wheat flour or gluten. Please inform us of any special nutritional requirements when making your reservation.

Parking prices fluctuate according to hotel and the costs thereof can be found on the hotel's website. Spaces can be reserved in many hotels subject to request.

Maritim-Wifi

Our Wi-Fi network does not limit the bandwidth per device. However, the actual available bandwidth depends on various technical factors, such as the type of device, the signal strength and the overall utilisation of the system.

The number of charging stations in Germany increases with the number of electric cars. In many German Maritim Hotels, charging stations are available directly in the underground car park or at the outdoor parking lot.

To overview

Many of our hotels are located within easy walking distance from the train station and can easily be reached with public transport. Generally speaking, because of this the hotels do not provide a complimentary transfer service.

The "Maps & Transportation" section on the website of the hotel you plan to visit includes information such as the distance to the next airport/train station. Those planning a stay in one of our overseas hotels are advised to inform either Maritim Hotel Travel Services or their travel agent that they wish to include their transfer within their booking. Maritim can also assist guests requiring a hire car.

Non-guests are more than welcome to dine in Maritim Hotels! Information such as opening times, prices and reservation numbers for our sumptuous buffet breakfast as well as other mealtimes can be found in the "Restaurant & Bars" section of the hotel in question.

House-trained cats and dogs are more than welcome in all German Maritim Hotels. The prices for "four-legged guests" can be found under "Pricing Information" on the website of the hotel you plan to visit. Assistance dogs are naturally free of charge.

Every guest room in the Maritim portfolio has a bathroom/WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, flat screen with digital TV channels , standard LAN (RJ-45) socket for online access. WLAN, minibar or mini fridge, safe and air conditioning are available in most of the rooms. Detailed information on the rooms in the hotel you plan to visit can be found under "Rooms and suites".

As of March 15, 2021, two-factor authentication for payment by credit card has become fully effective in European online commerce. As a result, we as consumers are better protected and the purchasing process has become even more secure, but also somewhat more laborious than in the past. Of course, the "Second EU Payment Services Directive", known as "PSD2" for short, has now also been implemented by us.

Prerequisite for payments by credit card in online commerce:
In order to be able to make purchases on the Internet by credit card, the card you are using must have been activated for Internet transactions by you at your issuing bank. You can obtain more information about this from your bank or the relevant credit card issuer. Many banks also provide detailed instructions on their websites.

It is a good idea to take this opportunity to find out if the amount that you have set for payments by credit card is limited. Usually, the preset maximum amount is 500 €, so that even the payment of an invoice amount of 501 € is rejected and reported as not possible, which is then only related to the above-mentioned presetting.

Your online booking with Maritim:
In the course of your first booking, the release of the guarantee or prepayment - depending on the condition of the chosen rate - must be made through the appropriate medium (usually by SMS to the mobile device or by online banking app). To do this, please follow the instructions on the screen to complete your booking securely. Many banks also offer the option to set a favored security procedure, so that your future transactions will be faster again.

Booking process problems:
If you are already well prepared for the new requirements in the European online trade, but still have problems with the booking via www.maritim.com, you are welcome to place it by phone at the Maritim Central Reservation. Here, only the card verification number from the front or back of your credit card is required to complete the booking. You can reach the team Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. at +49 (0) 6151 905-760 (GMT+1). "MyMaritim" members will of course receive their points credited in these exceptional cases.
