One of the main highlights of the Maritim Hotel Magdeburg is without doubt the "Saal Otto-von-Guericke" (Otto-von-Guericke Hall). With its harmonious design, the room is ideal for large events. The room – with its large window façade, which can be darkened if required, built-in stage and atmospheric ceiling lighting – creates a feel-good ambience. It can accommodate 500 guests. The interconnecting "Saal Magdeburg" (Magdeburg Room) can also be used for buffets or accompanying events.  

The spacious interior of "Saal 1" (Hall 1) provides space for up to 426 people. You can book individual rooms on the hall floor and take advantage of the flexible interconnection options to create a single space that is tailored to the specific needs of your guests. The large glass façade running along the side of the room connects the indoor and outdoor spaces and provides magnificent views over the Elbe. "Saal 1" (Hall 1) is equipped with a full range of technical equipment. It is the ideal setting for motor shows, roadshows, concerts, corporate or evening events.

"Saal 4" (Hall 4) is located on the hall floor of the International Congress Center Dresden. Thanks to a flexible partition system, this room can be expanded to incorporate "Saal 5" (Hall 5). On its own, "Saal 4" (Hall 4) can accommodate between 88 and 478 people, depending on the event. Guests can enjoy spectacular views over the Elbe, and can hold meetings, chat or celebrate in a space bathed in natural light or darkened as required. Flexible equipment and layout options give event organisers the freedom that they need to bring their ideas to life.

In the "Sinai Peninsula Ballroom", we offer you precisely the space, stylish setting and personal service you desire. From glamorous galas and meticulous meetings to private parties and sociable soirées, we make your special occasion our top priority. Thanks to state-of-the-art conference equipment and an outstanding infrastructure, the meeting room offers the perfect setting amidst a beautiful landscape for up to 550 guests. A subtle colour scheme, elegant furnishings and plenty of natural daylight all contribute to the ambience. No matter what occasion you’re planning, we will ensure that the "Sinai Peninsula Ballroom" always offers the perfect setting for your needs.

With 475 sqm of floor space, "Saal 2" (Hall 2) is the perfect setting for groups of up to 433 people. We can furnish the room in a style to suit your particular event. To ensure that your event runs smoothly, "Saal 2" (Hall 2) is equipped with state-of-the-art audio, video and presentation technology. Spotlights, a lighting concept and a lighting desk are provided to ensure the best possible lighting for your event. Complimentary Wi-Fi and various suspension points (2.50x2.50 m grid) are also provided. Interpreting facilities and a selection of lecterns are on hand should you need them. Should you require any IT solutions in addition to the standard equipment provided in the rooms, we will be happy to advise you.

We paid great attention to detail when furnishing "Saal II" (Hall II). High-quality materials and furniture, clear structures and stylish design make this event room a place for communication and exchange. The room has daylight, is air-conditioned and barrier-free accessible. The room is highly flexible thanks to removable walls towards the foyer area and leaves nothing to be desired thanks to state-of-the-art conference technology. The screen and sound system are integrated and fit perfectly into the room architecture. Of course, all rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi. On request, we can provide you with various wireless microphones (headset, clip-on, handheld).

With its magnificent chandeliers and huge space, the "Saal Hannover" (Hanover Hall) is ideal not only for conferences, workshops and seminars, but also for special occasions, such as weddings or company celebrations. The light-flooded inner courtyard and floor-to-ceiling windows allow daylight to stream into the room, while the wood panelling and mirror elements create an elegant atmosphere. The function room has a permanently installed stage, state-of-the-art air conditioning and ventilation technology and a harmonious lighting concept, supported by a dimmable illuminated ceiling. A PA system adapted to the room’s acoustics is also provided. 

The circular chandelier arrangement lends the "Saal Schumann" (Schumann Hall) a festive atmosphere. The brightly coloured walls and marble floor add to the feeling of conviviality. With 425 sqm of space for up to 450 guests, it makes an ideal venue for a celebration or banquet. The room benefits from natural light but can be darkened if required. All your technical needs are catered for with a projector, screen and phone technology. Additional technical equipment can be provided on request. 

With an area of 418 sqm, the combinable "Konferenz 1+2+3" (Conference 1+2+3) in the Congress Centre offers space for up to 500 people, making it the second-largest event room after the Ingolstadt Hall. With its floor-to-ceiling windows, the room creates a bright and inviting atmosphere that is perfect for meetings and conferences, but also for festive occasions such as weddings or company celebrations. Use this room for your event in Ingolstadt and enjoy a unique atmosphere that will appeal to your guests.

The "Saal Maritim" (Maritim Hall) can accommodate 560 people and offers flexible room arrangement options that allow you to personalise your event. The large built-in stage with PA system that is adapted for the event, sound mixing desk, built-in projection screens and light mixing desk are just some of the highlights that this function room has to offer. Exhibitions, theatrical performances, concerts, sporting activities and roadshows – all are possible in this space.
