The multifunctional Rothenburg Ballroom offers an impressive 1,200 sqm space capable of hosting up to 900 people. The ballroom has a unique and special ambience that is ideal for events of all kinds, including corporate events, concerts, incentives or festive gala dinners. The multifunctional foyer outside the Rothenburg Ballroom is the ideal place to host a reception before your event.

The 1,165 sqm "Großer Saal" (Main Hall) is unique venue and the jewel in the crown of the International Congress Center Dresden. Where else would you have the opportunity to attend a conference in a building inspired by the gently winding path of the River Elbe? Mobile partitions in the "Großer Saal" (Main Hall) as well as a large foyer provide plenty of space for registration and reception as well as coffee breaks and exhibitions. With a ceiling height of 10 metres and deliveries of up to 40 tons possible (roller shutter dimensions: 4.70 m wide, 5 m high), the hall is suitable for hosting just about any kind of event in a unique atmosphere. State-of-the-art conference equipment is provided, including a pre-configured lighting system with analogue lighting circuit and moving head spotlights and a stage with an 80 sq. fixed platform (16x5 m), 5x5 m load-bearing platform and 2 movable stage platforms (3.5x19 m and 3.5x21 m). A flexible stage back wall with hard or soft top, cable inlet and media connectors for outside broadcast vehicles are also provided. Your participants can surf the Internet with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi. On the same floor there are five additional bright, air-conditioned halls, some of which can be interconnected, which you can use for group work, parallel sessions or as an exhibition space.

The "Saal Ingolstadt" (Ingolstadt Hall) is the outstanding highlight among the 13 rooms in the Congress Centrum Ingolstadt. The multifunctional room and the gallery of around 1,100 sqm in total is unique and offers space for events with up to 1,300 people. Measuring 720 sqm with a spacious stage adding another 75 sqm, the sumptuous yet comfortable "Fürst-von-Metternich-Saal" (Fürst-von-Metternich Hall) is perfect for events like meetings, exhibitions or even concerts and evening events. Its extensive facilities include a PA system, lighting control desk, various coverings and a permanently installed projector. Its ground-level location means that a car can be driven both into the stylish hall and onto the stage. The directly adjoining hotel foyer can be used for coffee breaks and receptions, and thus helps to ensure that your event will be a complete success. A car can also be staged in this area. 

The "Perunika Hall", is located in the centre of the resort of Albena, near the administration building and the open-air area. Whether gala or conference, theatre or trade fair, fashion show or dinner show - its extraordinary ambience creates a distinctive atmosphere. In the modern interior, up to 900 guests can be seated in rows of chairs and be enchanted by the room, which has been designed with great attention to detail. In addition, the event hall has a modular stage that can be dimensioned according to requirements as well as five projection screens and six additional screens.
