The 81 sqm "Helsinki " conference and meeting room at basement level caters for max. 60 people and is equipped with the latest conference technology. The room can be completely darkened and is soundproofed. With this room you have the option of incorporating the "Salon Kopenhagen" (Copenhagen Room) and configuring the space to suit your specific requirements. Whether you’re hosting an anniversary celebration, promotional activities or any other kind of event, we will be happy to lend our experience and creativity to help you plan it to perfection. The "Salon Bonn" (Bonn Room) is the ideal space for holding a meeting in the heart of Cologne. We provide everything you would expect from a modern function room for your meeting, seminar, corporate event or function. This large room is capable of hosting conferences with up to 70 people. Natural light, a choice of seating arrangements and air conditioning ensure that all participants attending the event can get the most out of it. 

We also offer the latest conference equipment. We can provide a projector, facilitator’s toolkit, microphone system and lectern on request.
 

The 80 sqm "Salon Stuttgar"t (Stuttgart Room) is another of our large meeting rooms in our conference hotel in Stuttgart. It is located in the business wing right beside the Rôtisserie Restaurant, making it ideal not only for conferences and meetings, but also business lunches and dinners. Like all the function rooms in our hotel, the "Salon Stuttgart" (Stuttgart Room) also features modern audiovisual equipment and offers natural light. The services available include complimentary high-speed Internet access via Wi-Fi. 

The "Sprengel, Marschner and Herrenhausen Rooms" are bright and airy, with the contrasting carpets and white walls providing a modern touch. The sweeping window façades in the individual rooms let plenty of daylight in and offer great views of the adjacent green area. Each of the rooms has smart glass that can be darkened if required, a motorised screen that can be lowered electrically as well as a tuned, built-in PA system.

The Distillery is nestled within "Anno 1743" and showcases the biggest rum collection in Mauritius. It is the perfect place for a rum tasting in an original and historical décor that used to be a real distillery in the late 19th century and can accomodate from 30 guests (seated) or 50 guests (standing).

The "Mannheim and Titisee Rooms" are suitable for conventions, conferences, meetings, discussions, sessions, synods, training, seminars, courses, education and workshops – to name but a few examples. If you like a space that is bright and welcoming, you will feel right at home here. Both meeting rooms are flooded with light and offer views of the surrounding greenery that are designed to inspire productivity. Air conditioning, shading technology, underfloor heating and a heat exchanger ensure a pleasant climate in the room at all times. 

The "Salon Darmstadt" (Darmstadt Room) provides the perfect setting for group meetings, seminars, workshops, training courses, coaching sessions or presentations. Furnished in a style that is relaxed while at the same time conducive to work, this room is suitable for hosting a variety of events – from club meetings and small family celebrations to professional conferences. The range of conference equipment available includes a high-quality projector, motorised screen as well as sound provided by professional portable speakers and wireless Internet access.

The "Nabq" meeting room offers a wonderful setting for all kinds of business events. Designed with an eye for sophistication, this 75 sqm meeting room enjoys abundant natural light and offers plenty of space and flexibility for brainstorming sessions and meetings.
