"Belle Vue" Main Restaurant
Overlooking the pool and the sea, the main restaurant with a colonial style ambiance is the perfect spot to enjoy inviting buffet complemented by live cooking stations displayed in new air-conditioned buffet areas that add to the spectacle and the splendour of a great culinary experience. For dinner, there are themed buffets or a menu of the chef's choice.

Located right on the beach and surrounded by palm trees, this beach restaurant offers a delicious selection of dishes from the Mediterranean region (South France, South Italy, South of Spain, Greek, Turkish, Morocco, Egypt, Tunisia), in a relaxed atmosphere.

Anno 1743
Carefully integrated into the national monument’s existing architecture which was originally a powder mill built by the French in 1743. This spectacular restaurant offers a rustic cuisine in an industrial chic décor.

Lakaz Kreol Experience
On the covered garden terrace you will experience a very special culinary highlight. In an authentic atmosphere with typical music and local delicacies, we serve you a Creole 4-course menu. The special thing about it is that you sit together at the table and not only get to know Creole cuisine better, but also other people and cultures.

"The Distillery"
Nestled within ‘Anno 1743’, this exceptional and iconic venue offers the biggest rum collection in Mauritius. An amazing place for a tasting in an original and historical décor that used to be a real distillery in the late 19th century! It offers also a magical terrace enlightened by centenary banyan tree and vestige of an old chimney.

The "Nest"
Located on top of the "Anno 1743" restaurant, this exclusive and trendy lounge style bar offers a selection of whiskies, cocktails and ‘amuse-bouche’ with breathless views of the historical and tropical surroundings.

All Inclusive
You can book the "All inclusive" package and enjoy the following services:
- Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner in the main restaurant or daily à-la-carte lunch and dinner (3-course-menu) in selected restaurants
- Afternoon snacks and pancakes at the pool bar
- Selection of drinks and snacks included in the All-Inclusive package, with the exception of Château Mon Désir and Anno 1743
- Minibar with selective choice of drinks and snacks.snacks (refilled 1 x per day). One bottle of water per day in the room
- Lunch box for excursion (Pre-order required 24 hours)
All-inclusive services start on the day of your arrival and end on the day of your departure regardless of check-in and check-out times.
Guests adeparting early in the morning will be served an Early bird breakfast buffet.
Premium All Inclusive
- In addition to the All Inclusive services, you can enjoy themed evenings and unlimited choice from the à la carte menus of the restaurants "La Marée", "Les Filaos" Beach BBQ, "Le Banyan Asian Fusion" (Teppanyaki with surcharge) and "Lakaz Kreol" (typical Mauritian menu in a family atmosphere; maximum ten people). In addition, you can enjoy your lunch à la carte or as a buffet in the new restaurant "Anno 1743" with rustic cuisine. For dinner, you have an unlimited choice from the menu there. In all restaurants (except Chateau Mon Désir), the Premium All Inclusive drinks menu expands to include a wider selection of international wines and spirits
- Sunday brunch and a dinner suggested by the chef at "Château Mon Désir" are also included. For each additional visit, you will receive a 30 % discount on dinner including drinks.
