The Maritim Strandhotel Travemünde occupies a prime spot right on the beach only a few steps from both the Baltic and the harbour from which cruise ships regularly depart for Scandinavia and beyond. The hotel is the perfect starting place for excursions into Lübeck, the Holsteinische Schweiz, to the Plöner Seenplatte (Greater Plön Lake Plateau) and even Denmark.
