Card Payment
If you do not wish to pay in cash, we gladly accept EC cards, Visa Card, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Japanese Creit Bureau and CUP UnionPay. Cleaning/Laundry
From Monday to Friday. Please inform the housekeeping team or front desk by 9 a.m. at the latest about the laundry to be cleaned. You will receive your laundry back cleaned and/or ironed on the same day. Housekeeping (extension 5650) or reception (extension 5621).

Departure
Please check-out by 12 midday on the day of departure. Should you require a late check-out, please contact our front desk (extension 5621). Late check-out (subject to availability) is available until 6 p.m. at a rate of 10 € per hour. Doctor
Should you need a doctor, our front desk will be happy to assist you (extension 5621). Dogs
We charge 25 € per dog/ day. Additionally, you will receive a dog blanket and a feeding bowl.

Fitness/Pool/Sauna
Our wellness area is open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Use of the swimming pool is free of charge. For fitness and sauna, we charge 5 € per day. Fridge/maxibar
A mini fridge in the Classic rooms offers you the opportunity to keep your own drinks, snacks or medication cool. All other room categories have a stocked minibar, the contents of which can be consumed for a fee. Small snacks and other chilled drinks are available in the Maxibar at reception.

Underground car park with 430 parking spaces (subject to availability), including 26 charging stations for electric vehicles in designated areas. The use of the charging stations is not included in the parking fees for the underground garage. Gift Boutique

Free internet access via cable and Wi-Fi is available in the entire hotel for our overnight guests. Ironing Service
You can use our ironing service from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Please contact the housekeeping team (extension 5650). You are also welcome to use the ironing room on the 4th floor, which is open 24 hours a day.
