The "Saal Barbarossa" (Barbarossa Hall) measuring 400 sqm can easily accommodate up to 380 people. This functional room with its high ceilings is ideal for talks, concerts and festive events. It also caters to your every technical need. In addition to a high-quality PA system, the room also has a digital mixing desk with sixteen inputs, six wireless microphones, well-spaced microphone connectors, a motorised screen, an integrated stage with lighting as well as a professional video/data projector. We can also offer you the use of the terrace restaurant or an outdoor area for a standing reception on request.

Looking for a seminar room in Wuerzburg? The "Salon Echter" (Echter Room) has everything you need. The beautiful surroundings offer space for between 42 and 120 guests, depending on the seating option chosen. It is also an ideal setting for presentations, and comes already equipped with a projector, screen and flipchart. This means that all you need to do for your presentation is bring along your laptop, connect it and you’re good to go.

The "Salon Beatrix" (Beatrix Room) measures 106 sqm and can accommodate up to 90 people. The large glass façade adds generous light to the room and provides an unobstructed view of the baroque city of Wuerzburg. The nearby terrace restaurant means you can enjoy a quick time-out in breathtaking surroundings, even in bad weather. It’s up to you whether you want to use the opportunity for group work or enjoying a coffee!

Flooded with natural light thanks to its southeast-facing orientation, the "Salon Main" (Main Room) for up to 40 people is extremely flexible in use. With two separate entrance doors and flexible seating options, it is ideal for group work, talks or seminars. The ceiling shape also makes this room special from an architectural point of view.

The "Salon Oegg" (Oegg Room) is situated on the hall floor of the Maritim Hotel Würzburg and is suitable for medium-sized meetings and conferences. Measuring 52 sqm, the room can hold up to 30 people seated at tables or up to 40 people seated without tables. The function room is air-conditioned, enjoys natural light and is equipped with a permanently installed roll-up screen, portable PA system and the option of networking with other rooms, as well as with the Congress Centrum.

The "Salon Petrini" (Petrini Room) not only offers you an attractive meeting room with state-of-the-art conference equipment, but also excellent dining complemented by perfect service in a cosy atmosphere. The 52 sqm room is perfect for medium-sized functions. This room is equipped to the same high standard as our other meeting rooms, so all your event needs are catered for.

Our two meeting suites are equipped with every modern convenience. Here we offer our guests a sophisticated location for meetings in a private, stylish setting. Both suites are furnished with a spacious conference table in the 42 sqm living area and are ideal for scenarios like discreet contract negotiations, interviews or smaller meetings of 8 to 12 people.

Our six meeting rooms enjoy lots of natural light and in addition to the usual conveniences for meetings, also offer a magnificent view of Wuerzburg. They can be used for interviews, team meetings or a small seminar group. The meetings rooms are also suitable for use as a room for breakout sessions alongside a main plenary session, can be laid out with any seating arrangement and can accommodate up to 12 people.
