Bright, pleasant and generously proportioned, this large hall can accommodate 1,550 guests in a variety of seating arrangements in front of the large stage. The production facilities include a state-of-the-art PA system adapted for the event, sound mixing desk with 16 signal channels and up to 4 output channels, built-in projection screen, video and data projectors and light mixing desk. Directly adjoining the large hall is the foyer, which gives you more options and a bigger catering area for large-scale events.

One of the main highlights of the Maritim Hotel Magdeburg is without doubt the "Saal Otto-von-Guericke" (Otto-von-Guericke Hall). With its harmonious design, the room is ideal for large events. The room – with its large window façade, which can be darkened if required, built-in stage and atmospheric ceiling lighting – creates a feel-good ambience. It can accommodate 500 guests. The interconnecting "Saal Magdeburg" (Magdeburg Room) can also be used for buffets or accompanying events.  

The "Saal Berlin" (Berlin Hall) extends a warm welcome to you and your guests for your event. Whether you’re hosting a meeting, seminar, presentation, trade fair, show or concert, this versatile function room has many options for creating the perfect setting for your event. This 241 sqm hall can accommodate up to 180 people seated in rows, has air conditioning, state-of-the-art conference technology and a bright and friendly atmosphere thanks to the large window façade.

The "Salon München" (Munich Room) is a large event space that can be rearranged to suit your requirements. We will be happy to provide suitable technology, decoration and furnishings on request. The room is adapted to your event (conference, meeting, family celebration, wedding, gala, banquet, etc.) and not the other way around. Round or square tables, classroom-style or banquet seating – our flexible staff will be happy to assist you with the virtually endless possibilities. The room can accommodate up to 120 guests.

A room full of light and charm, the "Salon Dresden" (Dresden Room) has a distinctive semi-oval shape, a stylish ceiling design and a supporting central glass pillar. It provides a perfect setting for both conferences and social events. The function room also has two exits into the adjoining foyer, and its peaceful location on the first floor makes it ideal for events that require a degree of privacy.

With a ceiling height of 4 metres and 65 sqm of space, events hosted here are guaranteed to be a memorable experience. State-of-the-art conference equipment, natural light and flexible seating options ensue that your event runs smoothly.

This ease can be found in the "Salon Stuttgart" (Stuttgart Room). This 112 sqm room has been professionally designed and furnished with the needs of conference and meeting organisers in mind. Warm colours promote a feeling of wellbeing and creativity, while the technical equipment ensures a smooth-running and successful event.

With 65 sqm of space, the "Salon Leipzig" (Leipzig Room) is a modern room with clean lines, high ceilings and natural light that supports creative thought processes and a focused working environment. Direct access to the stage of the "Saal Maritim" (Maritim Hall) makes it the perfect addition for accompanying events, workshops or use as a changing room for performers. It is also an impressive room in its own right thanks to being fully accessible as well as features such as a ceiling height of 4.10 metres, floor-to-ceiling windows along with a motorised projection screen, sound provided by professional ceiling-mounted speakers and dimmable lighting. 

Our four conference suites are the perfect location for small gatherings, discreet contract negotiations, meetings or workshops for between 14 and 20 people. The 40 sqm conference facilities with adjoining guest WC provide ample daylight for a perfect meeting.
