The multifunctional "Saal Maritim" (Maritim Hall) can be divided into three separate areas (Hall, Gallery 1 and Gallery 2) depending on the number of guests and the type of event. Together with its two galleries, the "Saal Maritim" (Maritim Hall) offers an impressive 1,550 sqm space capable of hosting up to 1,630 guests. The integrated lighting concept and elaborately designed ceiling lighting lend the hall a uniquely special ambience that is ideal for events of all kinds, including corporate events, concerts, incentives or festive gala dinners. The multifunctional foyer outside the hall is the ideal place to host a reception before your event.

The bright and airy, air-conditioned "Saal Heumarkt" (Heumarkt Hall) extends over 400 sqm on the hotel’s ground floor. Its round design makes the hall an ideal venue for large events hosting up to 400 people, giving everyone an unobstructed view of the built-in stage. A PA system, sound mixing desk, built-in projection screen, video and data projectors as well as a light mixing desk are provided as standard. By booking additional services such as decoration, you can personalise the ballroom to suit the needs of your specific event. 

Host a unique event in a unique space. The 165 sqm "Saal Köln" (Cologne Hall) is suitable for hosting events with up to 160 people in the heart of Cologne. This exclusive function room can be tailored to the specific requirements of your event. Along with state-of-the-art conference equipment and plenty of natural light, the room features include recessed mirrors and a number of chandeliers. The "Salon Bonn" (Bonn Room) is the ideal space for holding a meeting in the heart of Cologne. We provide everything you would expect from a modern function room for your meeting, seminar, corporate event or function. This large room is capable of hosting conferences with up to 70 people. Natural light, a choice of seating arrangements and air conditioning ensure that all participants attending the event can get the most out of it. 

We also offer the latest conference equipment. We can provide a projector, facilitator’s toolkit, microphone system and lectern on request.
 

The "Mannheim and Titisee Rooms" are suitable for conventions, conferences, meetings, discussions, sessions, synods, training, seminars, courses, education and workshops – to name but a few examples. If you like a space that is bright and welcoming, you will feel right at home here. Both meeting rooms are flooded with light and offer views of the surrounding greenery that are designed to inspire productivity. Air conditioning, shading technology, underfloor heating and a heat exchanger ensure a pleasant climate in the room at all times. 

The "Salon Darmstadt" (Darmstadt Room) provides the perfect setting for group meetings, seminars, workshops, training courses, coaching sessions or presentations. Furnished in a style that is relaxed while at the same time conducive to work, this room is suitable for hosting a variety of events – from club meetings and small family celebrations to professional conferences. The range of conference equipment available includes a high-quality projector, motorised screen as well as sound provided by professional portable speakers and wireless Internet access.

The 70 sqm "Salon Neumarkt" (Neumarkt Room) is located on the hotel’s ground floor and is semi-circular in shape. The entire function room, which has a ceiling height of 2.50 metres, features high-quality carpets, air conditioning, state-of-the-art conference equipment and floor boxes with a range of technical connections. The adjoining foyer with bar can be used for receptions and breaks during events.

The 57 sqm "Salon Hannover" (Hanover Room) is a versatile space. Located at basement level, this room has plenty of natural light and state-of-the-art equipment. Its contemporary, elegant design makes it ideal for small and medium-sized meetings with up to 50 people.
