Conventions and conferences, arts and culture, functions and shows, fairs and exhibitions – all these events require space. Space for development, for creativity, space for impact and atmosphere, flair and ambience. The "ballroom" provides this space. With 600 sqm of interior space, you have a host of layout options to choose from. This magnificent function room is fully air-conditioned and offers wonderful views of the Schlossgarten palace gardens as well as a full stage with steplessly movable forestage. The tuned PA system, sound and light mixing desks and built-in projection screen are included with the media technology provided.

Yellow Hall

The Maritim Hotel am Schlossgarten Fulda offers guests a chance to stay in uniquely majestic surroundings and is also an exceptional conference venue. The "Gelber Saal" (Yellow Hall), with its chandeliers, stuccoed ceiling and marble floor, is available for conferences and celebrations for up to 150 people. The floor-length curtains can be closed to completely darken the room if required. The room has its own outdoor terrace, which is accessed through large balcony doors. While the setting may be unique and timeless, we nonetheless provide all the standard equipment that you would expect in a modern conference room, including projector, projection screen, flipcharts and facilitator’s toolkit.

Red Hall

The historic "Roter Saal" (Red Hall) combines past and present to create a uniquely uplifting atmosphere. It is an excellent conference venue as well as an ideal location for a theatrical performance, exhibition or banquet. Daylight floods into the room through large windows, and you can enjoy breaks on the adjoining terrace in the vast palace gardens.

Bonifatius Room

A very special ambience awaits you in our historic vaulted cellar. The "Salon Bonifatius" (Bonifatius Room) is suitable for use as a conference room or as a function room for celebrations. The approximately 100 sqm room can accommodate up to 100 guests for conferences or up to 80 for celebrations. You can’t help but be captivated by the charm of the old vault.

Ballroom

The ballroom can be used as a conference room and as a large ballroom. The ballroom features a full stage with a steplessly movable forestage, adjustable public address system, soundboards with 24 signal paths and up to 4 play out channels, integrated projection screen, video and data projectors. The ballroom features lighting control systems.

Media technology on the ground and first floor conference rooms

Projectors, 2.5 x 3.5 m electromotive screens, acoustics via mobile loudspeakers. A CAT 7 integration between the conference rooms is available. Each conference room is equipped with phone, fax, ISDN and Internet ports (with up to 16 Mbit/s).
