With 600 sqm of interior space, you have a host of layout options to choose from. This magnificent function room is fully air-conditioned and offers wonderful views of the Schlossgarten palace gardens as well as a full stage with steplessly movable forestage. The tuned PA system, sound and light mixing desks and built-in projection screen are included with the media technology provided.

The Maritim Hotel am Schlossgarten Fulda offers guests a chance to stay in uniquely majestic surroundings and is also an exceptional conference venue. The "Gelber Saal" (Yellow Hall), with its chandeliers, stuccoed ceiling and marble floor, is available for conferences and celebrations for up to 150 people. The floor-length curtains can be closed to completely darken the room if required. The room has its own outdoor terrace, which is accessed through large balcony doors. While the setting may be unique and timeless, we nonetheless provide all the standard equipment that you would expect in a modern conference room, including projector, projection screen, flipcharts and facilitator’s toolkit. 

The historic "Roter Saal" (Red Hall) combines past and present to create a uniquely uplifting atmosphere. It is an excellent conference venue as well as an ideal location for a theatrical performance, exhibition or banquet. Daylight floods into the room through large windows, and you can enjoy breaks on the adjoining terrace in the vast palace gardens. 

For a perfect end to your day, enjoy dinner in the Dianakeller Restaurant or a drink in the bar. 

With its high ceiling, delicate stucco, ornate chandeliers and stunning historic ceiling fresco, the creamy white-walled "Apollo Saal" (Apollo Hall) is the only venue of its kind in Fulda if you’re looking to host a private celebration or corporate event with an exclusive, elegant ambience. The room can accommodate up to 112 guests seated at round banquet tables. Large panoramic windows offering wonderful views of the palace gardens await guests who come here to celebrate or relax.

A very special ambience awaits you in our historic vaulted cellar. The "Salon Bonifatius" (Bonifatius Room) is suitable for use as a conference room or as a function room for celebrations. The approximately 100 sqm room can accommodate up to 100 guests for conferences or up to 80 for celebrations. You can’t help but be captivated by the charm of the old vault.

Are you searching for a suitable meeting room? The "Salon Berlin" (Berlin Room) has exactly what you are looking for. Along with enough space for up to 46 participants, the conference room offers everything that an ideal meeting room should have. It offers a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere that creates space for constructive ideas and is equipped with the latest audio, video and seminar technology. During breaks, meeting participants can enjoy the pleasant ambience of our foyer while discussing ideas over a cup of coffee. 

The "Pavillon 1" (Pavilion 1) meeting room is located in the palace gardens, surrounded by mature trees, baroque flowerbeds and magnificent all-round views. The large panoramic windows allow daylight to flood into the 50 sqm room, which has a unique shape and a ceiling extending up to a height of 4 metres. This distinctive room has a unique ambience, making it THE location for hosting special receptions at the Maritim Hotel.
