In our restaurant "Kazue" you can choose from a variety of dishes, from dumplings to okonomiyaki, from tonkatsu to scallops with black bean sauce. - A sushi experience of exceptional quality, and certainly a real Amsterdam insider tip! Kazue is ideal for a quick lunch or a relaxed dinner with friends or colleagues. 

Some dishes are specially designed to take home in a Japanese take-away box. On the drinks menu you will find a wide selection of the best green and oolong teas, Japanese matcha tea, premium sakes and various cocktails with Japanese spirits. There are also Japanese beer specialities.

You will find the "Kazue" right next to the entrance of the hotel on the ground floor on the right, with a beautiful view of the park.
