The Maritim Hotel can be reached by car via the A4 motorway (Dresden-Neustadt exit) or via the B171 federal road (Dresden-Südvorstadt exit). The hotel is also easy to reach by public transport. The tram line 11 stops directly in front of the hotel "Stop: Dresden-Kongresszentrum/Haus der Presse" and takes you to the main railway station or the exhibition grounds in just a few minutes.
