As you have read in the press, most of the regulations of the federal states on infection control have been lifted since the beginning of April 2022. After two years full of challenges for the global hotel industry, normality is therefore returning to all of us.
We are very much looking forward to welcoming you to the Maritim Hotels and to making your stay a relaxing and eventful one. We have put together the following tips for you.

This is long awaited and very good news for all of us. Nevertheless, we ask you to continue to be considerate so that all guests can enjoy a carefree stay and our staff can work safely. For your own protection and that of our staff, we would therefore be grateful if you would continue to wear masks in the hotel, when going to the buffet, in the lifts etc.
Please note that there may still be restrictions on hotel services due to official requirements because of the Corona pandemic. This concerns in particular the wellness and gastronomic facilities. It is possible, for example, that the pool, sauna or fitness room may not be made available, the bar may not be open or breakfast may not be offered in buffet form. The general usability of the aforementioned facilities is therefore not part of the contract. However, we will of course make available all facilities where no prohibition is opposed. Restrictions are also possible with regard to the obligation to wear masks, hand disinfection, distance rules to be observed or the restriction of contact with other guests. Please inform yourself about the current situation directly on the website of the Maritim Hotel to which you wish to travel.
To ensure that you continue to feel safe and in good hands with us, many of the measures we took during the peak phase of the pandemic are now standard practice in our hotels. We have compiled more detailed information for you below.

To ensure that you have a carefree stay with us, extensive hygiene and safety measures have been developed and our staff extensively trained. When you arrive, your room will be freshly cleaned, aired and carefully disinfected. For hygienic reasons, we sometimes do not display newspapers and brochures in the hotels. You are welcome to help yourself to the brochure rack in the lobby or ask at the reception desk for daily newspapers or magazines, which you can purchase there. We kindly ask you to dispose of read material after use and not to leave it lying around.
If you like to relax in a bathrobe in the morning or in the evening, you will find one in your room if you book the corresponding category or you can borrow one (for a fee) at the reception. On arrival, we welcome you with a bottle of water in your room. Depending on the booked category, you will find further drinks and snacks in the minibar in your room. If this is not the case, you are welcome to make purchases around the clock at the reception kiosk and use the mini-fridge in your room.
In every Maritim Hotel we offer you our signature breakfast buffet in the usual selection and quality.
So that you can start the day relaxed, we recommend that you find out when you arrive at which times in the morning the restaurant is less busy. Due to the fact that we disinfect all tables after use for your safety, there may be waiting times at the entrance during the time when all guests like to have breakfast in the morning. We sincerely ask for your understanding in this regard.
At lunchtime and in the evening, depending on the hotel, we serve you a large selection of dishes à la carte or buffet, of course also with vegetarian/vegan variations. You decide whether you want to enjoy them on the occasion of a restaurant visit or use our room service. In addition, many of our hotels have large terraces where you can dine in the open. Please refer to the website of the hotel you would like to travel to for more information about our gastronomic offer, where this information is constantly updated.
As you know, all of our Maritim Hotels in Germany have a pool. Cooling down and sportive activities are therefore ensured! For the latest information on opening times, special regulations, etc., please visit the hotel website.
Let us massage you in our beauty departments, enjoy a facial treatment, a pedicure of your troubled feet or a relaxing Ayurvedic treatment (not open in all hotels). You will find information about the offers on the page of your desired hotel. Tip: To be on the safe side, it is best to make your appointment when you book your room.

Check-in
Depending on your wishes, we will check your participants in directly on arrival in the coach or you can use the check-in option at reception. Before your arrival, all rooms will have been freshly cleaned, aired and carefully disinfected.

Large rooms and lobbies, wide corridors, extensive exhibition areas, spacious outdoor areas for meetings in the open and over 450 conference rooms in Germany. The Maritim Hotels in Bad Homburg, Bremen, Dresden, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Ulm and Würzburg are also directly connected to the city's congress centre. No matter what you need and with which participant size you are planning, we have enough space to meet your requirements and enough experience to inspire you. In our conference planner we added all the changed capacities, should you continue to rely on the distance rule. Our trained teams act as consultants for your individual wishes and find solutions for every requirement. As in the last 52 years, your event is in the best hands with us, even under the new conditions.
